University of Regina (UoR) has sent the open call to UIT just now, today. While the call has just been officially opened, please be reminded that the Office of External Relations has been consistently advising and reminding students to prepare for this throughout the past year.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 11:30AM Mar 6th at ROOM A125
APPLICATION PACKAGE:
- Proof of Citizenship: A notarized copy of your passport or national identity document with a photo and valid dates. All information must be clear and legible, without glare or shadows. (Driver’s license, permanent residence card, work permit, student card, health card, birth certificate, or baptismal certificate are NOT accepted.)
- Letter of proof of full-time enrolment from UIT: A letter in English from UIT, on official letterhead, dated within the last six months. This letter must confirm your current full-time enrollment, your continued enrollment upon your return, and your expected degree completion date. (Copies of transcripts, a student card, or letter of admission are NOT acceptable.)
- Letter of intent from the candidate: An original copy, signed and dated by applicant. Scanned or photocopied version is NOT accepted. (Read carefully the recommendations in this website.)
- Privacy Notice Statement: A copy of the signed Privacy Notice Statement for non-Canadian participants.
- Student Information Form: A copy of the Student Information Form filled with applicants' information.
- Unofficial Transcript: A copy of your unofficial college transcript in English.
- Letter of support from UIT: An original copy, on official letter head, signed by your instructor or professor and dated within the last six months. Scanned or photocopied version is NOT accepted. (Read carefully the recommendations in this website.)
- Proof of English proficiency: Original documents or notarized copies if originals are unavailable. (See the attached file for REGINA's language requirements.)
- Student ID Card: Bring when submitting applications
- Other Documents: Supporting documents, such as awards and certificates (if available), can help with application evaluation. These should be submitted in the original English version or with a notarized English translation.
- Declaration: Sign when submitting applications at Room A125 (in person under the supervision of the staff of the Office of External Relations) (attached template)
