The Australian Government Department of Education is pleased to announce that applications are now open for Round 1 of the ASEAN Research Collaboration Project. This project is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education with RMIT as delivery partner. We would appreciate if you could circulate the scholarship to your network for potential researchers.

This project is seeking applications from Early Career Researchers (ECR) across ASEAN member states (or Timor Leste). It will provide successful ECRs an opportunity to complete a research project at an Australian research institution over one to three months. Specific areas of focus will be shared priority areas, including agriculture and food, resources and energy, infrastructure, and the green economy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside top Australian researchers, gain international experience, and contribute to key shared research priorities between Australia and ASEAN.

Applications will close at 23:59 (AEST) on 10 April 2025.
