Application for HKUST International Summer Campus 2026

Dear UIT Students,

Applications are now being accepted for the HKUST Summer School 2026 at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 10, 2026
Submit your complete application package to the Office of External Relations (Room A125) from Monday to Friday, during the following hours:

 - Morning: 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
-
Students are responsible for covering their own living expenses throughout the Student Exchange Program, as well as other costs such as insurance and airfare.
- Students must have completed at least the first year of the degree program at the home institution by the start of HKUST Summer School
- Program Dates: Students can participate in the program for one session or both (4 or 8 weeks)
+ SESSION 1 (4 weeks): Mid Jun - Jul
+ SESSION 2 (4 weeks): Mid Jul - Aug

 

APPLICATION PACKAGE:

  1. Nomination Form (attached template): Fill in the form and ensure all information is accurate. Send the form to email: hanhtm@uit.edu.vn
  2. Proof of Citizenship: A notarized copy of your passport or national identity document with a photo and valid dates. All information must be clear and legible, without glare or shadows. (Driver’s license, permanent residence card, work permit, student card, health card, birth certificate, or baptismal certificate are NOT accepted.)
  3. Letter of proof of full-time enrolment from UIT: A letter in English from UIT, on official letterhead, dated within the last six months. This letter must confirm your current full-time enrollment. (Copies of transcripts, a student card, or letter of admission are NOT acceptable.)
  4. Proof of English proficiency (See the table below for English language requirements): Original documents or notarized copies if originals are unavailable.
  5. Student ID Card: Bring when submitting applications
  6. Academic Transcript: An original copy signed and stamped by UIT
  7. Other Documents: Supporting documents, such as awards and certificates (if available), can help with application evaluation. These documents should be submitted in the original English version or with a notarized English translation.
  8. Declaration (attached template): Sign when submitting applications at Room A125 (in person under the supervision of the staff of the Office of External Relations)
